  The algorithm for the introduction of gas equipment (HBO) is as follows:

1. First, we install a gas supply system to the engine, install all the necessary sensors, install an injection reducer and electromagnetic gas injectors.
2. Then we mount a suitable system for limiting the supply of diesel fuel. It all depends on the type of motor. So, for example, an electronic actuator is installed on engines with a mechanical fuel pump, and on engines with fuel systems controlled by electronics - we put a special control unit that limits the supply of diesel fuel.

The advantages of gas diesel modification are obvious:

• Saving diesel fuel.
• The increase in the time of use of the tractor without refueling almost doubled.
• Safety in use.
• The increase in engine overhaul period.

Half-track and 8-wheel tractor

An effective means of increasing the maneuverability of the MTZ family of tractors is the installation of the so-called “half-track course”, which consists of two rubber-metal tracks and two sets of tensioning devices. The caterpillar, in turn, covers the drive wheels, as well as additional tension wheels to be installed.

Installation of the half-track is as follows:

1. Going balance with the tension wheel.
2. The driving and guiding wheels of the tractor are mounted on the track.
3. Removed the footboard of the tractor.
4. Tensioning devices are installed.
5. Spring shock absorbers are located.
6. Tensioning wheels of a half-track are installed on the gauge size, which should be equal to the tractor wheel track.
7. Caterpillars are stretched by the ground on the ground in such a way that the location of the bosses on them coincides with the direction of the tread pattern of the tractor drive wheel tires.
8. Wheels are covered with tracks.
9. The pressure in the tires of the tractor wheels is checked (it should be 0.137 MPa for the rear wheels and 0.216 MPa for the tension wheels) and the tension of the tracks is adjusted.

Another option to increase the tractor’s maneuverability and reduce its pressure on the ground is to re-equip the equipment on an eight-wheel base. This refinement is best carried out in a specialized center.

Improving the cab

You can not ignore the favorite theme of the tractor - comfort in the cab. Such necessary things as a comfortable seat, extra lighting, a radio tape recorder, a navigator, etc. are not available in the old MTZ models, but they can easily be found in the free market. If there is no money to buy John Deere or New Holland

For creative owners, who simply cannot accept the fact that the MTZ tractor, and not the Lamborghini or John Deere, is working on their field, I suggest to start tuning their cars. Only I immediately warn you, those who are not ready to put their souls in their equipment, do not have much imagination and cannot work with a key and a screwdriver - they will not cope with this task. Humble, this idea is not for you, and this article you read it makes no sense. For everyone else, I write the following.
  So, the first thing to do right away is to decide on the type of tuning of the tractor. For those who are not in the subject, I inform you that there are two types: external and internal tuning. As you might guess from the name, external tuning concerns external changes in technology, for example, changing the color of the body, sticking stickers, attaching a new stylish bumper and much more. Internal tuning is more difficult, and not everyone can do it. It provides for changes in the design of mechanisms: engine refinement, gearbox replacement and the like.

Improving the cab

It is impossible to ignore the favorite topic of modern tractor drivers - comfort in the cab. In this case, you need to remember a comfortable seat, radio, subwoofer, navigator, additional lighting ... All these necessary things are missing in the old models of MTZ tractors.
