Thematic control in the form of testing.

Purpose: to assess the level of knowledge acquisition in the history of the Ancient World, in the section ANCIENT ROME, and also to consolidate the knowledge of 5th grade students in this section.

The proposed test on the history of the Ancient World corresponds to the content of the textbook by A.A. Vigasina, G.I. Goder, I. S. Sventsitskaya “History of the Ancient World” for grade 5

The test consists of several parts, varying in difficulty.

The first part contains multiple choice tasks. With their help, knowledge of facts, concepts and terms is tested. The second part consists of more complex tasks that test the ability to extract information from a source, classify and systematize facts.

The question from the first part with a single choice of answer is worth 1 point if the answer is correct, and 0 points if the answer is incorrect. Also in the first part there are tasks with the choice of several correct answers (multiple choice of answer). In this question, points are awarded according to the following scheme:

* completely correct specified characteristics - 2 points;

* one mistake was made in determining the characteristics - 1 point;

* lack of correct characteristics - 0 points.

The second part consists of tasks to establish the correct sequence, establish correspondence and complete the missing element of the answer. Sequencing tasks are scored according to the following scheme:

*all four answers in the correct sequence – 3 points;

*one answer breaks the sequence - 2 points;

*sequence is broken by two answers -1 point;

*any other combinations -0 points.

The number of points depends on the number of correct steps in establishing the sequence.

In tasks for matching and completing a missing element, the student receives 1 point for each correct correlation and addition, the maximum number of points for each of these tasks is 4 points. For a task completed completely incorrectly - 0 points.

Depending on the amount of points scored, the student receives a grade:
