Scope of the MTZ 1221.2 model

MTZ 1221.2 belongs to the category of universal tilling machines of class 2.0. These characteristics provide widespread use of this machine in human activities.

On the basis of the MTZ 1221 tractor, in addition to the model 1221.2, a number of other modifications were developed. In general, the technical design of these machines is the same, they differ in a set of functions or additional equipment:

● 1221Л - it is intended for work on logging. Design features are designed for the collection of wood, its loading and transportation.

● 1221В.2 - modification with reversible control station.

● 1221Т.2 - modification with sun-protection tent and thermal protective glasses.

● 1221.2 tropic - comes complete with an additional fuel tank and a tropical radiator.

● 1221.3 - it is completed with a diesel engine D-260.2S2 of high environmental friendliness and with a power of 131 horsepower.

● 1221.4 - complies with environmental standard TIER 2.

● 1221.5 - the D-260.2S3B diesel engine installed on this modification complies with European environmental standards Stage IIIB. There are also minor changes in the exterior design of the tractor.
