But often they take a different path: they buy the child toys, things, make expensive gifts, etc. The problem is not solved, for some time it “falls asleep,” but when it wakes up, it turns into lava, which simply cannot be stopped.

Slide 6 - Another school problem is the problem of lack of motivation for schoolchildren to study.

School surveys show; that for some children, and there are more and more of them now, school is often uninteresting, boring, etc. In order to interest the child in at least something, parents find a way out in the fact that, meeting his requests and wishes, a child appears in the apartment a miracle of modern technology - a computer, at which a child spends an additional 2-3 hours a day, reveling in computer games.

The parents calmed their anxiety: their son or daughter sits at home, is, as they say, “in front of everyone” all the time, but he again sits for hours, already at the computer. A sedentary lifestyle is becoming the norm for adults and children.

Television helps this too. Today's TV day for the average child is 2-3 hours of immobility in front of the TV screen, fatigue of the organs of vision and hearing, headaches, bad mood, drowsiness, apathy, etc. And if you add street noise, loud music on the street and in home, headphones, which many children do not take off even at school, cell phones - this leads to various dangerous symptoms and health problems already at school age.

All of the above reasons lead to the fact that a child who leads such a lifestyle not only has health problems, but also develops persistent learning difficulties. First of all, these are problems of concentration, memory, memorization educational material, problems with perseverance in class, school fears, fear of answering at the blackboard and much more.

Such children develop personal problems. Lack of persistent interests and hobbies related to expanding one's own horizons, apathy giving way to aggressiveness, closedness - these are the few symptoms that are associated with an inactive lifestyle.

Systematic physical education and sports contribute to comprehensive physical improvement, strengthen health, increase performance, and create a cheerful mood in which study and any work proceed better. Many of us adults don’t even realize what a huge danger physical inactivity poses. It negatively affects literally all organs and systems of the body. Its resistance to colds and the action of pathogenic microorganisms decreases. People suffering from physical inactivity get colds 3-5 times more often than people with normal activity. Physical inactivity causes metabolic disorders and contributes to obesity, which in itself adversely affects the growing body. Children who move little are more likely to have injuries and are more difficult to heal. All parents want their children to grow up healthy, beautiful, and happy. Let's help the guys with this.

“To make a child smart and reasonable,” the great French thinker urged, “make him strong and healthy: let him work, act, run, scream, let him be in constant motion.”

But modern mothers and fathers know from their own experience what it’s like to drag a modern teenager away from the TV or computer, in front of which he is ready to sit for hours. It is not easy to prove to today’s “television” boys and girls that watching all the programs in a row is harmful; here are the ones that are intended specifically for schoolchildren - please, and then it’s better to go for a walk, run around the yard with a ball. But achieving this is not as hopeless as it sometimes seems. If only because adults have faithful allies - the children themselves, whose nature already has a great desire for activity, and above all motor activity. The need for movement is cultivable, but can be ruined.

The minimum number of steps per day for a person is 10,000 steps. Modern man It's a stretch to do half of it. At 13 years old, blood pressure rising to 130/80 is common. If parents are overweight, 60-80% of children are too. In order to maintain a balance of physical activity, a student must take 23-30 thousand steps daily. Children of divorced parents are more likely to suffer from hypertension.

According to Russian scientists, 51% of children do not go outside at all after returning from school. 73% of schoolchildren do not take breaks between preparing lessons.

Slide 8 - 30-40% of children are overweight. According to medical experts, the age from one year to 15 years is much more important for maintaining future health than from 15 years to 60. People who do not exercise have a heart rate that is 20% higher. This leads to rapid wear and tear of the heart. According to medical statistics, out of 100 children born, 20 develop flat feet over time, most often associated with muscle weakness.

How to help a schoolchild, how to make him start living an active, interesting and fulfilling life? How can we make sure that studying at school causes a surge of energy, and learning is a joy and develops students’ reflective skills?

The family in which the child is growing up can do a lot to change the situation described above. A schoolchild is extremely imitative, and if the parents themselves take care of their health and their physical fitness, then the child will live according to the rules and laws that are cultivated in his family. When a child in such a family grows up, he does not need to be forced to engage in physical education and sports; he does it himself with pleasure, out of habit developed over the years. The great thing is habit. Exercises in the morning, evening walks, active recreation during the holidays, weekends in nature - this is the cure for those diseases of the soul and body that can manifest themselves if parents do not instill in their children the habit of being mentally and physically healthy. Often in conversations with parents you hear complaints that they have no time, that they need to feed the family, and there is no time for such nonsense as physical education and sports. And the main argument is the lack of time and money for paid sections and clubs. But you don’t always have to pay for everything.

It is enough to move with your child for 10 minutes in the morning or evening, but every day and regardless of the developing situations, the result of the child’s success will be obvious. It is important for the child that his father and mother do the exercises with him, helping him and approving of him.

These tables tell us that physical development in the family is not given special attention; only a few instill in their children an interest in sports and physical education.

There is no substitute for the example of parents. Unfortunately, only 6% of families in Russia begin their day with hygienic exercises; during the cold season, few families spend their weekends outdoors, playing sports (example).

Without zeal or special desire, parents agree to organize and conduct active recreation with their children. And children really want this, especially children of primary and secondary school age. Active recreation is simply necessary, especially since school workloads today are extremely high.

hardening, skin hygiene, care of teeth, nails, hair, hygiene of clothes, shoes, home, fighting bad habits - there must be a need for all this, and it is laid down in the family.

It’s good when a child eats, goes to bed, and sits down for homework at the same time. His body must be ready for the upcoming activity. Such a child eats with appetite, falls asleep quickly, and does not sway for a long time when starting homework - which means he saves time on everything and gets less tired.

In each family, the daily routine is organized differently. But, unfortunately, adults themselves are often very undisciplined in doing this.

- The changes taking place today in our society have brought forward a number of problems, one of which is the formation of a healthy lifestyle (HLS) in children and adolescents.

The family plays a big role in solving this problem.

Modern researchers identify the most relevant educational functions of the family:

The influence of the family on the child is stronger than all other educational influences. It weakens with age, but is never completely lost;

in the family those qualities are formed that cannot be formed anywhere except in the family;

The family carries out the socialization of the individual and is a concentrated expression of his efforts in physical, moral and labor education. Members of society emerge from the family: what kind of family is such a society;

family ensures continuity of traditions;

the most important social function of the family is the education of a citizen, a patriot, a future family man, and a law-abiding member of society;

When creating a healthy lifestyle for a child, the family must instill in the child the following basic knowledge, skills and abilities:

- knowledge of the rules of personal hygiene, hygiene of residential and educational premises, clothing, shoes, etc.;

- ability to analyze dangerous situations, predict consequences and find a way out of them;

- the ability to interact with the environment, to understand under what conditions the habitat (home, classroom, street, road, forest) is safe for life;

- knowledge of the main parts of the body and internal organs, their location and role in the life of the human body;

- the ability to measure height, body weight, determine the frequency of your pulse and breathing, understanding the importance of determining these indicators for monitoring health status and its correction;

- understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle for personal health, well-being, and academic success;

- the ability to correctly build a daily routine and implement it;

- knowledge of the basic rules of rational nutrition, taking into account age;

- understanding the importance of physical activity for the development of a healthy body;

- knowledge of the rules for the prevention of diseases of the spine, foot, organs of vision, hearing and others;

- knowledge of the main natural factors that improve health and the rules for their use;

- knowledge of the rules of maintaining health from colds and some other infectious diseases;

- ability to analyze dangerous situations, predict consequences and find a way out of them;

- ability to provide basic assistance for minor cuts, bruises, burns, frostbite;

- knowledge of medical institutions where it is possible to get help in case of illness.

Conclusions: The survey showed that 52% of children have a high level of knowledge, 39% have sufficient awareness, and 6% have an insufficient understanding of health and healthylifestyle and low level were shown by 3% of schoolchildren.

Thus, the results obtained indicate the need to educate students about health needs, the rules of personal hygiene, first aid, and the formation of scientific ideas about the essence of a healthy lifestyle.

The society in which we and our children live, school education helps to develop healthy lifestyle skills, but family will always come first. Children imitate their parents in everything, even if they deny it in adolescence. A family is a whole world with its own rules, attitudes to life, health, and upbringing. School and health programs can only help supplement and enrich knowledge, but they cannot replace family education and the example of parents.

The following recommendations can be offered to parents:
- Live in a certain mode of work, rest, nutrition;
- start the day with morning exercises (at least 30 minutes);

- do not become slaves to television, especially on weekends, find time to communicate with nature;
- have a strong will to acquire strong habits.

- do not deprive your children of participation in family work matters:
- do not show disrespect, do not speak badly about the actions of your family members, morally encourage everyone’s work efforts;
- do not wash dirty linen in public;
- do not divide labor in the family into male and female.

3. If you want to see your children able to create strong family, That:
- be self-possessed and calm around your family:
- pay maximum attention to your children in your free time, take an interest in their affairs, empathize with them;
- treat your husband (wife) with respect, elevate the cult of a woman as a mother, a man as a father.

4. If you want to see your children free in communication and cultured, then:
- do not allow your children to miss school;
- it’s very good if your child has a hobby;
- spare no time for a cultural holiday together;

- introduce children to the world of literature.

5. If you do not want to see your children unprincipled, cynical, poisoning the lives of themselves and others, then:
- do not allow yourself to engage in gossip or criticism of your relatives, acquaintances, clients, teachers in the presence of children;
- there may be complaints against the teacher, but you need to go straight to him with them.

6. You want your child to grow up kind, attentive, and ready to support you - you yourself need to pay maximum attention to your parents.
