Since during the operation of the excavator only a small amount of time is required for maximum productivity, an essential part of the time is spent on simple rotations of the platform with or without load. It is in such movements that it is possible to reduce engine or hydraulic pump speeds, significantly saving fuel. This intelligent system, consisting of several sensors and 2 hydraulic pumps, operates over the entire range of operating conditions and ensures efficient use of engine power, and also reduces hydraulic losses during operation of the excavator.
The digging power includes such parameters as digging force and bucket digging speed. In this model, in comparison with the predecessor (PC200-6), it was possible to increase both, and other indicators. As a result, the digging power increased by 29%. Attractive here and the maximum height of digging - it reaches an impressive 10 meters. And due to the increased transverse stability, it was possible to increase the maximum load capacity.
On the boom of this specimen a bucket with a volume of 0.8 m3, with detachable teeth and lateral incisors is installed. The boom and handle are made using the method of continuous welding with cutting edges, which allowed to increase the digging force.
The hydraulic control system provides three fixed modes designed to optimize engine speed, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic system pressure - in each of the most common types of work.
