Let me tell you, friends, how I came to the idea of ​​live food, being a convinced meat eater. Once upon a time I ate meat, drank milk, and was delighted with fried chicken legs. Yes, and I could not complain about my health (since I was generally dumb - only 31 years old). The only problem was that there was little energy and often after a meal I wanted to sleep. “Well, everyone lives like this,” I thought, “after eating it is imperative to sleep for better digestion.” And in general, I would have continued to live in this way, until one day after the birth of my twins, my right side seriously hurt. An ambulance arrived diagnosed with acute appendicitis, which was successfully removed in the surgical department. Even then, I was interested in the question - where did I get from - a person who had never used grapes with seeds and seeds with husks in his life, appendicitis arose. But at that time, I did not begin to argue much on this topic, this question just flashed through my head. "Quite strange" - I just thought then.

I lay in that department for a week and looked at the local patients - mostly grandmothers over 70. I looked and was horrified, realizing that such old age is terrible! Ultimately, only natural products should remain in the diet:

Fresh, frozen or dried vegetables and fruits, seaweed, nuts, seeds, honey, and no heat treatment - all raw.

But a sharp transition from familiar foods to raw vegetables and fruits will not lead to anything good. The body takes time to get used to and rebuild. Therefore, the transition should be done gradually, reducing the proportion of cooked plant foods in your diet and increasing the proportion of raw foods. If a person ate mainly processed food all his life, then his microflora is adapted to just such a diet. As soon as an ordinary person is put on a raw diet, he will die of exhaustion.

By the end of this period, there should be no more processed food in the diet. As you know, in products that have undergone heat treatment, not only are almost all vitamins and microelements destroyed, but also carcinogenic substances - poisons are formed. Raw food does not pollute the body, but rather cleanses it. And the kitchen utensils and everything internal organs stay perfectly clean. The difference is fundamental.

It may seem like it is extremely difficult to switch to a raw food diet. What to eat, for example, in winter?

You just need to start, and you will discover a lot of all kinds of dishes, the existence of which you did not even suspect. This is a whole unknown world.
