What qualities do you need to develop in yourself for the transformation to be successful?

1. Humility.

Humility in the weight of times was the highest virtue of man. It literally means "to live in peace of mind." Unfortunately, in our time, people misunderstand this quality of character. Many believe that being humble means being downtrodden, humiliated, and oppressed by others. But in fact, humility is the greatest virtue, and it is available to few in this material world. To achieve true humility means to accomplish a real spiritual feat. “Many are called, but few are chosen” - this is what Jesus Christ said.

In the scriptures and folk sayings, there are many sayings about humility. Here are some of them:

“Pride will come, shame will come, but wisdom will come with the humble”;

“It is better to be humbled in spirit with the meek than to share the spoil with the proud”;

If I am humble, then I understand that the world is just. Everything that I get in my life - I deserve it. I created this with my past thoughts and actions. And only I myself can end the series of problems and misfortunes in my life, but for this I must take responsibility and turn to the energy of God. Only with his help can I do this.

It is important to understand and feel that the Universe takes care of me always, everywhere and in everything. All people in my life are messengers of the Almighty, and each has its own mission in relation to me. Therefore, my task is to realize God's plan for me, to accept his concern with gratitude. Everything in this world is aimed at fulfilling one of my main tasks - improving the Mind.

2. Gratitude.

This is another quality, without which it is impossible to move forward along the Path of self-improvement. You need to learn to be grateful for everything in your life.

Go to bed - thank God, the Universe, people for the day lived, for the lessons that you went through with them.

Wake up - give thanks for the new day, for the benefits and new lessons that it will bring you. Be prepared to accept everything with gratitude.

Eating food - thank God, the whole world and those who raised and prepared it for you.

Give thanks not only for gifts and something good and pleasant. Be sure to thank for the unpleasant moments in life. We learn from such situations. And with each acceptance and gratitude, they become less and less in our life.

Some in this world give us joy, others teach us lessons. We need to thank both those and others equally, and the latter are even more than the former, since they give us the opportunity to progress spiritually.

I remember how one participant of my seminar in Moscow turned to her subconscious, to her Soul with a request to teach it to forgive and thank. And it can be seen that she asked very strongly, because the very next day she told us the following story:

Imagine! I leave yesterday after the seminar and head to my minibus. I need to cross the avenue. The green light is on. I run to the transition. But then a man blocks my way. Then it turned out that we live in the same area. We rode in the same minibus, and I told him everything about my contract with the subconscious.

And he said that in fact he never allowed himself such treatment of women, but then something tugged at his hand. As if it was not he who directed his actions, but someone from above.

How interesting everything is in this world.

3. Responsibility.

Without this quality, it is impossible to solve any problem in your life. This quality of character is the main condition for the transition from the old model of consciousness to a new one, from the position of the victim to the position of the master of one's life. Responsibility includes humility, acceptance, and the willingness to work on yourself, to change your thoughts and behavior.

A responsible person does not blame others for his problems. He looks for the causes of his problems in himself, realizing that it was he who created them with his thoughts and actions.

Accepting humbly all the events of my life. He tries to understand what positive lesson he should learn from a particular situation. It doesn't matter what it is about: health, family relationships, work, or anything else. And how to act in a new way if the old behavior has led to problems?

If a person acts from a position of responsibility, such negative, destructive emotions as fear, resentment, anger and others will never accumulate in him. And as we already know, these emotions are a product of pride.

4. Hard work.

Fostering a love of work in oneself is a very important quality for inner transformation.

I have already written that, in addition to the highest destiny of man, he also has an earthly destiny. It is expressed in his activities that are useful to society. The work that a person does on a daily basis is very important for his development as a human being, and therefore it is necessary that certain conditions are met:

My activity must be in accordance with my nature; disclosing it, I will bring maximum benefit to people, society as a whole;

What I do should contribute to my spiritual and moral development;

It should contribute to the prosperity of my family and provide means for my life.

Ask yourself the question: "What do I work for?"

The answer to this question actually determines what you live for, since most of our time (not counting sleep) we spend on work. And what I devote my life to, then I consider it important, then it gives me vitality.

If you work for money, then do not count on an influx of vital energy, since money gives only the ability to acquire goods and services, but they do not give vital energy.

Moreover, working for the sake of money, on the subtle plane, we enter into a competitive struggle with people like me, and this generates excessive stress, which will inevitably lead to a weakening of the body, to the loss of vitality.

What to do in this case? - you ask.

The answer has long been known. It is written in the scriptures: “The fulfillment of one's duty, if it is not defiled by passions, gives inner peace. This is the secret art of following the perfect path. "

Never work in passion, that is, for money. Dedicate the fruits of your labor to God, the welfare of all people, the prosperity of life on Earth.

Fulfill your duties in this world without being attached to the result and not longing for the fruits of your efforts.

It should become as natural as breathing. At the initial stage, simply repeat to yourself: “I dedicate the fruits of my labor to God, the Universe, all people on Earth, the triumph of Light and Truth! May my deeds bring good to the whole world! "

You need to work in this world, turning your heart and mind to God. For the glory and name of God. For the benefit of a single organism. For the good of all. Remember: to whom I dedicate my deeds, and therefore my life, - that one gives me strength.

This attitude to work is called "Diligence". In this case, I love the work itself, and not the fruits of it, since I have already dedicated the fruits to this world, which means that they do not belong to me. And since I am a part of this world, I will still receive the results of my labor, including in monetary terms, but this will already be a gift from the Universe, a gift from God, which I will accept with gratitude. Therefore, you need to tune in to selfless service, and the rest will come by itself at the right time, in the right place and in the right (sufficient) quantity. After all, the Universe takes care of me always, everywhere and in everything.

5. Charity.

When we talk about the need to live in harmony with ourselves and with the world around us, it is very important to understand:

The main principle of the existence of life on Earth, and not only on Earth, but in the entire Universe, is a selfless act, sacrifice, gift.

How is this principle manifested?

Very simple. All living things eat. And the food for them is created by Mother Nature, who donates heat, light, moisture and necessary substances. All this is released for free (that is, sacrificed) and ultimately goes to the benefit of a person.

Therefore, everything in this world exists due to selfless activity, that is, thanks to gifts. If the main principle was appropriation, then the world simply could not exist. There would be chaos. Therefore, the main law of order and harmony is giving, the need to give.

Selfless action for the good is called charity.

Giving is the noblest form of action. If it is carried out in the proper state of mind (in a state of service), at the right time, in the right place, then on the subtle plane it carries holiness, contributes to the purification and elevation of the Universe and turns for the one who made it an invisible but powerful spiritual force.

In my book "Formula of Life" I paid enough attention to the topic of charity. Here I will remind you of the main principles: what can be donated, how, to whom and where.

So, you can give:

Products and prepared foods;

Things, including clothes;

Shelter, lodging;

Your feelings through the gift of art: singing, music, paintings, books, dance, etc .;

Donate your life energy and time through your labor (teach, heal, build, prepare food, etc.);

Donate your body (tissues and organs, such as blood), your life. So a warrior sacrifices his life for the freedom of his people. The rescuer also sacrifices his life to save the person.

It turns out that not every donation can bring happiness to another person, and therefore to the one who donates. For example, if you give a drunkard money that he will spend on drink, it will be a donation, but it will not be a charity. Moreover, such activity can even lead to the loss of the Power of Piety and to the degradation of the one who sacrificed. And if that person also commits a crime in a state of intoxication, then you automatically become an accomplice in the crime and will be held responsible for it.

That is why it is very important to know how to donate properly.

The Vedas say that there are several types of donations:

1) donation in goodness (that is, charity);

2) donation to passion;

3) donation in ignorance.

How do they differ from each other?

If we donate what leads to the degradation of human consciousness, then it will be a donation in ignorance.

For example, the mayor of the city organizes a "charity" action: in honor of Victory Day, give each veteran a bottle of vodka and a pack of sausages. This will undoubtedly be a donation in ignorance, since both vodka and meat products lead to the destruction of the Reason. In this case, the head of the city does not know what he is doing. But he will answer for it in full.

Sacrificing in ignorance always leads to the degradation of both: the one to whom it is sacrificed and the one who sacrifices.

If we donate with the thought of receiving some kind of benefit (not necessarily material, it may be a desire for fame, the thought “how good I am”), then this will not be charity either. It will be a sacrifice in passion, since then we are not acting selflessly.

Therefore, we must realize that in this world some people are mostly virtuous, others live in passion, and still others in ignorance. In accordance with this, our actions in relation to each person should be different.

It is undesirable for a person who is in ignorance to donate money, as it can be used to harm. It is better to give something that he can eat or drink right away, for example, bread, apple, milk. If necessary, you can also give clothes, provide accommodation, provide assistance in difficult times.

It is also undesirable for a person who lives in passion to donate money, since he is strongly attached to them and they will only give him extra stress. A passionate person, in addition to food, clothing and shelter, it is better to give knowledge, wise advice.

A virtuous, righteous, saintly person can sacrifice everything, even his own life.

Another important rule. You need to make a donation with respect to the person to whom you donate. You need to thank him and bow. If you donate to a worthy person without proper attention and respect, you may even suffer for it.

There are so many conditions, you say. - Maybe it's easier not to sacrifice at all?

You can't, my dears. Refusal to donate leads to callousness of the heart, a halt in spiritual development and, ultimately, to degradation.

By and large, we cannot but donate. We all do this every day. After all, we devote our lives to someone or something. Only we do it without proper knowledge, and therefore we often suffer without realizing where this suffering comes from. If you ask, you should always give, ”but not always what you ask for.

Once a person approached you, it means that you really owe him something, but the question is: what? The Universe, God speak to us through this person. We owe something to this world. Through people, we free ourselves from greed.

Learn to give, give. To avoid losses in life, there is one proven way. You need to learn to give in time to the world around you. And not necessarily money. This can be physical assistance and moral support. You can share knowledge and positive experiences. It can be just joy or love, the warmth of your soul. Find a person in need in this world and start helping him completely selflessly.

If they ask you for help, it means that you are able to help. Somewhere within you there is a solution. Moreover, helping this person in his trouble, you get a kind of vaccination. After all, every person is a projection of yourself in this world. By helping someone to solve his problems, you get some knowledge and experience, which means that you will avoid the same problem in your life. Helping a worthy person in his good deeds - you get much more benefits.

There is a golden rule of charity:

A person who is engaged in charitable activities receives as many benefits as there is piety in the person to whom he made a donation, or how much pious activities he is engaged in.

For example, if you donated to a holy person, then you will receive as many benefits as his holiness.

Or, if you donate money for the construction of some kind of institution, the creation of some kind of organization, you will receive as much benefits as people will receive from this institution or organization.

It is also important to know one more rule:

A person doing charity does not always get the same thing that he donates, but always gets what he needs at the moment.

For example, you donated money unselfishly to some cause. In response, the Universe can give you health, the opportunity for spiritual development, prosperous relationships, greater happiness in the family, meeting the right person, a real friend, etc. You can also get money, but only if you really need it. By giving good to others, you get what you need in your destiny. The main thing is not to wait for a return, not to think about the fruits, otherwise it will cease to be charity and turn into a donation in passion. And it will not bring anything except tension from expectation and disappointment.

People often ask me: "Do you believe in God?" I think this question is incorrect. At first, I even found it difficult to give an answer to it. Well, judge for yourself how you can answer a person if he asks you: “Do you believe in your parents? Do you believe you have parents? "

How to answer this question? I do not just believe that I have parents, I know, I know. I know who gave birth to me, who gave me life. So it is with God. I know him. It is obvious, like the rising of the Sun, like the coming of Spring, like the fact that if you are reading these lines, it means that you exist. He lives in me, and I live in Him. I dwell in Him and live by Him. I see him every day in every person, in the phenomena of Mother Nature, in every living being. He cares about me like a loving parent, always, everywhere and in everything. And there can be no doubt about it. It is obvious. All disputes on this matter are simply meaningless.

In my previous books, I wrote that many people conceal images behind the word "love" that have nothing to do with love. These are mainly images related to having fun. As a rule, we call our state love when we passionately want to receive something from this world. But is this love? This state is actually called lust. For example, a person says, "I love tomatoes, I love them." It is clear that he loves to eat them. When one person says that he loves another, maybe the same image is behind this - the desire to enjoy, the desire to saturate his feelings?

Lust is the root of all material desires. This feeling is like a blazing fire, which not only cannot be extinguished by any sensual pleasures, but on the contrary, the more we throw our carnal desires into it, the more it flares up.

When lust takes possession of a person, it brings with it many servants: resentment, jealousy, anger, hatred ... And then lust and its servants give birth to children - disappointment, despondency and aimlessness.

At its core, lust is a manifestation of an inner spiritual hunger that arises from the fact that a person does not follow his true nature. The attempt to satisfy spiritual hunger with sensual pleasure is a consequence of ignorance. And only the development in the heart of pure, all-embracing love satisfies this spiritual hunger. Unconditional Love eradicates lust. The fire of lust can only be extinguished by the pure waters of love for God, for the whole world. Together with divine love, her faithful helpers come to our hearts: forgiveness, mercy, kindness, humility, patience, respect ... And the taste of these qualities brings us real happiness. Only love for God and his wife - Truth - is able to fill our hearts.

I already wrote that Ra - to give - is a natural need of our Soul, as well as the need of the body - for air, sleep, water, food. And if we do not satisfy this need, the Soul begins to suffer. First, there is a feeling that something is missing, then day by day the feeling of dissatisfaction grows, which eventually develops into a syndrome of chronic fatigue, and then depression is not far.

If a person, not realizing this, spends all his life energy to satisfy the needs of his body, which inevitably grows old and dies, then his Reason degrades. And such a person will inevitably face suffering and disappointment.

Therefore, the sages have always said that the knowledge of the Truth is the main goal of the human form of life. And Truth is in the unity of this world. Time, space, action and matter are just different aspects of a single infinite Consciousness.

Now let's talk about the earthly. All the same, whatever one may say, but we all have a body. And thank God! This means that each of us has an earthly destiny. And this purpose is expressed in our daily activities, which are manifested through our organs of action. Therefore, in order to live in harmony with yourself and with the world around you, you need to ask yourself the following question: "Through what activity will I bring Light and Joy to this world, and will I do it best?"

I have already written in my book “Formula of Life. How to Gain Personal Power ”that according to the way people can be united into four Varnas, or Vervi: workers and employees, merchants and entrepreneurs, warriors and leaders, teachers and sages.

Each Varna has its own activity, its own occupation, its own code of honor. Therefore, in the old days, adolescents who reached 12 years of age, the age of majority, were given to students: to a master, merchant, warrior or sorcerer. A mentor was needed. It was necessary to master this or that skill in order to do a good deed for society and have the means for life. To complete the picture, I would like to remind you of the image of a healthy cell and a healthy body.

There are a lot of cells in the body. Depending on their functions, they are combined into tissues and organs. But there is one task that unites them all - this is serving a single organism. The main goal is the life and prosperity of a single organism.
